On 25 February 2023 the Union Public Service Commission ( UPSC ) released the notification for the selection of the candidates for the post of Enforcement Officer ( EO ), Accounts Officer ( AO ), and for the post of Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner ( APFC ).

The commission will conduct UPSC EPFO Exam 2023 for the recruitment of the candidates followed by an written exam and interview round .
The written Exam expected date in May – June 2023 .
As per the short notice released , a total of 577 vacancies shall be filled for 2023 . Out of the total , 418 vacancies are for the post of Enforcement Officers ( EO )/ Accounts Officer ( AO ), and the remaining 159 vacancies are for Assistant Provident Fund Commissioners ( APFC ). But there has been no official announcement yet .
UPSC EPFO registration will start on 25 February 2023 and the last date for application would be 17 March 2023 , as per a short notice .
