Non Voice process
& nbsp ; Performing basic admin duties including printing , sending emails , and ordering office supplies .
& nbsp ; Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars .
Processing company receipts , invoices , and bills .
Requirement
& nbsp ; Excellent organisational skills .
Ability to work as part of a team .
& nbsp ; High – level written and verbal communication skills .
Voice Process
& nbsp ; Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service .
& nbsp ; Should be comfortable answering questions about products or the company .
& nbsp ; Should understand customer requirements
& nbsp ; Keep records of calls and note useful information .
Minimum Qualifications required :
Graduate in any specialisation .
UG with 6 Months of experience
